| DONT FOLLOW THE LAWS, I JUST ENFORCE THEM!

Big up to Gerrard McClendon (CLTV). I couldnt have said it better myself.

Only Drunken Cops Get Bail

How can the alleged culprit in a fiery crash on the Ryan, killing two people, get bail? Well, if you're a police officer with a blood alcohol level of .277, traveling 65 mph, killing Andrew Cazares, 23, and Fausto Manzera, 21 - just post $50K and you can go home and sleep off the hangover.

I can justify why the fight and arrest broke out after word broke that Frugoli was to be released on bond. He allegedly killed two people, and he gets to go home and watch his alleged behavior on CLTV news? No way.

Reverse the scenario - if Cazeres and Manzera were the drunken party, killing a police officer - they would have already been tried, found guilty, serving a wreckless manslaughter, DUI charge, thrown in prison, never to be heard from, again. Wicked double standard...and we will see how "just" our courts system is when the trial comes up. There is no way Frugoli should have been released...No way!

M.A.D.D. has good reason to be mad - especially when to "serve and protect" shifts to "defer and neglect." The FOP should have demanded "no bond." Have Frugoli sacrifice a little time away from a martini - and let's find the bar or restaurant that served him.

Here is a photo of Officer Joseph Frugoli...should he be out on bail?
